By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms and conditions, together with any other agreements or contracts that may be entered into with E-build, constitute a legally binding agreement between you and E-build. These terms may be updated or revised at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Your continued use of our services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

to the individual or entity using our services. "Services" refers to all repair, remodeling, and related
services provided by E-build, including consultations, project management, and execution of work. "Website"

2. Scope of Services
E-build provides repair and remodeling services, including but not limited to renovations, plumbing,
electrical work, framing, sheetrock, taping, texture application, lighting installation, restrooms and
kitchen renovations, baseboard installations, door and handle installations, stucco work, HVAC services,
ductwork, fascia board installations, window installations, siding, and landscaping. Our services are
offered on a project-by-project basis, and the scope of each project will be defined in a written contract
or agreement. E-build reserves the right to refuse services to any individual or entity for any reason,
subject to applicable laws.
3. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided by E-build are based on the information provided by you and our initial
assessment of the project. Quotes are subject to change if additional work is required or if there are
changes in the scope of the project. Any changes to the project scope will be communicated to you, and a
revised quote will be provided. Acceptance of a quote does not constitute a binding agreement until a
written contract is signed by both parties.
4. Contracts and Agreements
All services provided by E-build will be governed by a written contract or agreement, which will outline the
scope of work, project timeline, payment terms, and any other relevant details. The contract will be legally
binding once signed by both parties. Any amendments to the contract must be made in writing and signed by
both parties. E-build will not commence work until a signed contract is in place. It is your responsibility
to review the contract carefully and ensure that all terms are understood and agreed upon.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the contract or agreement for each project. E-build requires a deposit
before commencing work, with the balance due upon completion of the project or as specified in the contract.
Payment may be made by check, credit card, or other approved methods. Late payments may result in additional
fees or interest charges, as outlined in the contract. E-build reserves the right to suspend work or
withhold services if payments are not made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. You are responsible for
any costs associated with the collection of unpaid amounts, including attorney fees and court costs.
6. Permits and Compliance
E-build will obtain any necessary permits or licenses required for the completion of the project, unless
otherwise agreed upon in the contract. We will ensure that all work complies with local building codes and
regulations. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that the project complies with any homeowner
association (HOA) rules, zoning laws, or other restrictions that may apply to your property. E-build is not
responsible for any delays or additional costs resulting from non-compliance with such rules or regulations.
7. Warranties and Guarantees
E-build offers a limited warranty on all labor and materials provided as part of our services. The warranty
period will be specified in the contract and typically covers defects in workmanship or materials for a
period of one year from the completion of the project. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear,
misuse, or damage caused by external factors beyond our control. Any warranty claims must be made in writing
and submitted to E-build within the warranty period. E-build will, at its discretion, repair or replace any
defective work or materials covered under the warranty.
8. Liability and Insurance
E-build maintains liability insurance to cover any potential damages or injuries that may occur during the
course of our work. However, our liability is limited to the amount specified in our insurance policy.
E-build is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of
our services. You are responsible for ensuring that your property is adequately insured during the course of
the project. E-build will not be held liable for any damages to personal property or belongings unless such
damages are the result of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the contract or agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing
written notice to the other party. If you terminate the contract before the completion of the project, you
may be responsible for paying for any work completed up to the date of termination, as well as any materials
or costs incurred by E-build. If E-build terminates the contract, we will refund any payments made for work
that has not been completed, less any costs incurred. E-build reserves the right to terminate the contract
if you fail to comply with the terms of the agreement or if you fail to make payments as agreed.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from or related to the contract or agreement, both parties agree to first
attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through
negotiation, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation before pursuing any other legal remedies.
Mediation will be conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized mediation organization, and the
costs of mediation will be shared equally by both parties. If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may
pursue legal action in a court of competent jurisdiction.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions, as well as any contracts or agreements entered into with E-build, shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the services are provided. Any
legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or the services provided
by E-build shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state. You consent to the
exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections to the jurisdiction or venue of such courts.
12. Privacy Policy
E-build is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. We collect and use your
information solely for the purpose of providing our services and managing our business operations. We will
not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as
necessary to complete the project. E-build uses industry-standard security measures to protect your

services without our express written permission. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may
result in legal action. E-build reserves all rights not expressly granted in these terms and conditions.
14. Force Majeure
E-build shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from events or circumstances
beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, labor
disputes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions. In the event of a force majeure, E-build will
notify you as soon as possible and will make reasonable efforts to resume work as soon as the circumstances
allow. If the force majeure continues for an extended period, either party may terminate the contract
without penalty.
15. Miscellaneous
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and E-build with respect to the use
of our services. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining
provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of either party to enforce any right or
provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These terms and
conditions may not be assigned or transferred by you without our prior written consent. E-build may assign
or transfer these terms and conditions without restriction.
